Placing an Order

We are working hard to update our website and make it the easiest way to order, however we are still taking phone orders.

Artwork

Original artwork can be uploaded at the time the order is placed or emailed to us at info@littleflyer.com. Please see the "Artwork" page on this website for all artwork guidelines and specifications. If changes need to be made, we will contact you with what needs to be altered and offer suggestions for what will stamp the best. We are able to tweak designs for free, but for extensive design work there may be additional charges.

If any changes are made to the artwork, we will require your final approval before we submit it for the die.

If you do not have artwork, please contact us and we can give you an estimate to create a file based on your ideas.

Lead Times

The delivery time on all custom stamped Mini Discs and Bag Tags is 2-4 weeks following the "artwork approved" date. This may fluctuate depending on order volume and time of year. If you need your order faster, or are looking for current lead times, please contact us directly.
 

Minimum Order Size

Mini Discs: 100 Discs of one model (Little Flyers or Spyrals). We do offer a combo pack with special pricing for a 50/50 order.

Bag Tags: 50 Bag Tags

We can do multiple dies/designs in one order, however only the first die is included in the price of the order. Please contact us for a quote if you're looking to do multiple designs. Minimum order is 100 minis per design.

Misprints

During the stamping setup and alignment process, a number of misprints will be created. These may be discs with an imperfect logo, stamp dropout, or discs that have your logo printed over another stamp. We will give you the option of purchasing these at half the cost of normal minis. If you choose not to purchase your misprints, we will stamp over your artwork with our company logo and make them available for purchase to the public.

If you would like us to intentionally double stamp any minis, please contact us beforehand.

Copyrights / Trademarks

We will not print any artwork that may be subject to a copyright or trademark. Please make sure you are submitting original artwork or have written permission from the owner to use the artwork.

Shipping

We typically ship using USPS or UPS. We will provide you with a shipping confirmation email and tracking number once your order has been shipped. Ground Shipments, to the Continental US, are usually received within four days from our Mpls facility. Expedited shipping services are available for an additional cost. Please contact us for a quote.

  • 9.1 lb - 13 lb     $19.00 (approx 150 minis)
  • 13.1 lb - 17 lb   $24.00 (approx 200 minis)
  • 17.1 lb - 21 lb   $26.00 (approx 250 minis)
  • 21.1 lb - 25 lb   $28.00 (approx 300 minis)
  • 25.1 lb - 29 lb   $30.00 (approx 350 minis)
  • 29.1 lb - 34 lb   $32.00 (approx 400 minis)
  • 34.1 lb - 42 lb   $38.00 (approx 500 minis)
  • 42.1 lb - 50 lb   $44.00 (approx 600 minis)
  • 50.1 lb - 60 lb   $50.00 (approx 700 minis)
  • 60.1 lb - 70 lb   $58.00 (approx 800 minis)
  • 70.1 lb - 80 lb   $66.00 (approx 900 minis)
  • 80.1 lb - 90 lb   $74.00 (approx 1000 minis)

For orders over 1000 minis, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.  

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled with no penalties up until the final artwork approval. Once the artwork has been approved, your order will be refunded less a $30.00 die charge. Once the items have been printed, we are unable to issue a refund.
